What is the IELTS?
IELTS is the International English Language Testing System. There is NO pass or fail in this exam. This exam measures your level of English from absolute Beginner (band score 1) to Expert (band score 9).
Why do I need the IELTS?
People need the IELTS for migration, work or study. Your employer, the educational institute you are applying to, or the country you are migrating to, will inform you of the score you need.
What do you do in the IELTS course?
The objective of the IELTS course is to help you achieve the score you need. For most students this ranges from band score 6 to band score 7.
The IELTS has 4 parts: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. Every lesson focuses on developing your skills in each part of the exam. We work on improving your level of English and building your confidence with the exam structure.
Our experienced teachers use official IETLS materials. This includes course books, practice exam papers, and online resources.
Language Connected also provides Practice (mock) Exams so you can get a feeling of the real exam without any pressure!
How many students are in each class?
We accept a maximum of 10 students per class. (Age minimum: 18)
How long do I need to pass the exam?
Every student is different and has their own unique way of learning! Your progress depends on your level of English when you first start the course, the intensity of your course, and the amount of study you do in your free time.
